YOGA IN THE FLOWER FIELD

It's back for one day only! Join us on Saturday, September 21 at 10 am for one last session of Yoga in the Flower field as part of Visit Fish Creek's Shop & Stroll event (formerly known as Inside/Outside Days)!
Join local yoga instructor Rachel Hoyer as she leads you through a gentle 60-minute practice, adaptable to all experience levels, among the blooms of the OneEighty Petals flower field. Class fee includes mat use.
Afterwards, 'namaste" awhile and join us for our 11 am U-Pick Experience, curating a beautiful, Door County grown bouquet from blooms you hand select and cut yourself. (Additional cost required for u-pick.)
About your instructor...
Rachel Hoyer resides in Fish Creek, WI and currently teaches at Ironwood Yoga and Pilates Studio in Sister Bay, WI. Rachel feels it has been a pleasure and a gift to teach and practice in Door County with a thriving yoga community and beautiful landscape. With all of her educational experiences and her love for the practice, she focuses on creating classes that suit the individual's needs. The goal of her guidance is to honor and allow your own practice to evolve. Rachel has been teaching yoga for over 10 years. She completed her RYT 200 with Empower Yoga in the Fox Cities, now located in Milwaukee, and her RYT 500 with Yoga Renew. Also, she received additional certifications in Curvy Yoga and Kids Yoga. Rachel can lead Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow, and Restorative classes with your needs in mind.
